What OnERP is

OnERP runs the order-to-cash side of a business: the customers you sell to, the products you sell, what they cost, the orders and invoices you raise, and the stock that goes out of the door.

Everything is one system, so the pieces know about each other. Putting a customer on an order brings their address, their currency and their payment terms with them. Putting a product on a line brings its price and its tax treatment. Nothing asks for the same fact twice.

Area What lives there
Master data Business partners — customers, suppliers, your own companies. Products. Sales prices.
Sales Sales orders, sales invoices, and the fulfillment orders the warehouse picks against.
Inventory Stock by location, owner, lot and restriction, and the ledger behind every quantity.
Configuration The identity you sell as, document numbering, tax, payment terms, and who may do what.

Tax. No rate is ever chosen by hand. The customer’s country, their VAT registration and the country the goods go to decide the treatment, and the product’s classification decides the category. See How tax is decided.

Prices. Prices are set up once, per product, and fill onto document lines from there — including customer-specific rates and bulk tiers. See How a price is chosen.

A sales order or invoice starts as a draft: private, unnumbered, editable, and absent from every list. Releasing it makes it real — it takes its number, and an invoice can never be edited again. What that means in practice is in Drafts and releasing.

Stock works the same way. Nothing edits a quantity directly. Every receipt, issue and transfer is a recorded movement, and the quantities are what those movements add up to.

Sign in, then take your first lap — one customer, one product, one order, one invoice.
