Signing in

A workspace is one company’s data. Everything on screen — partners, products, orders, stock — belongs to the workspace you are signed in to, and nothing crosses between workspaces.

  1. Open the invitation link sent to your email address. Invitations expire, so use it while it is current.

  2. Set a name and a password if you have no account yet, or sign in if you do.

  3. Confirm the invitation. The workspace opens.

Without an invitation, choose Sign up on the sign-in screen. That creates a new, empty workspace with you as its owner — the start of setting up a workspace, not a way into someone else’s.

Forgotten passwords are reset from Forgot password on the sign-in screen.

The sidebar groups every screen by what it is for:

  • Sales — sales orders, fulfillment orders, sales invoices.
  • Master Data — business partners, products, sales prices.
  • Inventory — stock, locations, goods movements, reservation movements, lots.
  • Configuration — profiles, number series, partner groups, payment terms, product categories and types, stock restrictions, shipping methods, tax jurisdictions, tax classifications.

Agent sits below them — an assistant that reads and changes data on request. See The assistant.

The workspace name at the top of the sidebar opens settings, and switches workspaces for anyone who belongs to more than one:

  • Account — name and password. Nobody else in the workspace sees this page.
  • Preferences — language and theme, per person, on every device.
  • General, Members, Roles, Service accounts — the workspace itself. Administrators only.

Take your first lap — one customer, one product, one order, one invoice.
